How It Works

As a frequent customer of Yuma Dispensary, you are among the first to know about our exciting new deliver service. Visit our website, place your order online and our team will promptly prepare your order and deliver it straight to your doorstep between 3-9pm. If you order by 3pm, we can deliver same-day!

Are there any age restrictions for delivery?
Currently, delivery is only available for AZ MMJ cardholders who are 18+. Deliveries are not available to recreational customers at this time.
How do I place an order for delivery?
When placing an online order, simply select the delivery icon in the top left hand corner and confirm your delivery address. When placing an order over the phone, just let your Wellness Advisor know that you would like to have your items delivered and they will confirm the address that we have on your profile.
Will my delivery be discreet and private?
Deliveries are made to ensure your privacy, and can only be given to the MMJ cardholder.
Can I get a refund or exchange for products delivered to me?
You will still be able to remove any unwanted items before payment is finalized on delivery. Once your purchase has been recorded, applicable defective product policy will still be honored.
How do I know if my delivery order has been confirmed?
A Wellness Advisor will reach out to you by phone to confirm the details of your delivery.

What are the delivery hours?
Orders placed by 3:00pm will be delivered the same day, between 3-6pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be delivered the following business day.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
There is currently NO minimum order for delivery orders.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is currently NO delivery fee.

What forms of payment are accepted for delivery?
We are currently only accepting debit cards with EMV microchips as mobile payment.
How long will delivery take?
Currently, orders are delivered according to general location, but can be expected between 10-6pm
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can change your order anytime before delivery is made. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at least one hour before your scheduled delivery.
Will I need to show my medical card upon delivery?
Yes, all store and AZDHS policies still apply.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
You can schedule your delivery for a specific time when placing your order, so that it arrives at your convenience.
Is there a limit on the amount of product I can order for delivery?
We will verify your AZDHS MMJ allotment when you place your order. AZ MMJ patients are entitled to 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of marijuana products every 14 days.
